5. No Warranty

While the Company represents that products meet stated purity specifications at the time of shipment, the Company makes no warranty regarding the safety, efficacy, or legality of any use of the product by the buyer.
6. No Returns or Refunds — All Sales Final
All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, the Company does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and does not issue refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. This includes, without limitation, situations where the buyer changes their mind, orders the wrong product, or no longer requires the product. Buyers are responsible for confirming product selection, quantity, and shipping details before completing checkout. In the rare event that an order arrives damaged in transit or materially incorrect, the buyer must contact the Company within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence; any remedy in such cases is limited to replacement of the affected product at the Company's sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased through this site, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, regulatory penalties, or loss of any kind, regardless of the legal theory asserted. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim related to a product shall be limited to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price, at the Company's sole discretion.
