3. Age Restriction

4. Buyer Representations and Responsibilities
By placing an order, you represent that: (a) you are purchasing for lawful research purposes only; (b) you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction; (c) you assume full responsibility for determining whether your intended use is lawful in your jurisdiction; and (d) you will not resell, redistribute, or represent these products as approved for human or veterinary use.
5. No Warranty
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While the Company represents that products meet stated purity specifications at the time of shipment, the Company makes no warranty regarding the safety, efficacy, or legality of any use of the product by the buyer.
6. Returns — Unopened Vials Only
We accept returns of unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging. If a vial has been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise prepared, it is no longer eligible for return or refund, due to the sensitive nature of research materials. To start a return, contact the Company within 14 days of delivery; approved returns are refunded to the original payment method (or replaced) once the product is received back in unopened condition, with the buyer responsible for return shipping unless the item was shipped in error. Buyers are responsible for confirming product selection, quantity, and shipping details before completing checkout. In the event that an order arrives damaged in transit or materially incorrect, the buyer must contact the Company within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence; any remedy in such cases is limited to replacement of the affected product at the Company's sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased through this site, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, regulatory penalties, or loss of any kind, regardless of the legal theory asserted. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim related to a product shall be limited to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price, at the Company's sole discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of this site, your purchase or use of any product, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

Certain compounds offered on this site may be subject to import, export, or controlled-substance regulations in your jurisdiction. It is solely your responsibility to determine and comply with all applicable laws prior to placing an order. The Company does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of possessing or using any compound in your specific location.
